The EMS Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency, with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and effective service delivery. Working in close collaboration with the Executive Director, the EMS Director helps develop and implement policies, coordinate training programs, and provide additional leadership.
